Community workshops

Free talks and plain guides across central Ohio

Join our free educational sessions hosted in public libraries and community rooms. We share straightforward information about digestion and daily habits over a cup of tea.

What to expect

Forty-five minutes of practical information

Every session is strictly educational, welcoming questions over a warm cup of tea without product sales or commercial pitches. We explore how daily habits like fiber intake and hydration connect to overall well-being.

We do not diagnose symptoms or prescribe diets. Our goal is to help you understand the basics so you can have a constructive conversation with your primary care doctor.
