Central Ohio Public Health

Good health often begins in the gut.

We share plain-language digestive health education across Franklin and Delaware counties. No supplement sales, no commercial diets—just evidence-informed basics you can discuss with your doctor.

Civic Mission

Independent health literacy for our neighbors

Better Gut Foundation is a registered Westerville nonprofit dedicated to public wellness literacy. We believe every resident deserves clear, straightforward explanations of digestion without pressure to buy commercial kits or restrictive cleanses.

Our public education materials are written in everyday language and shared freely across local community rooms. We never diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace regular visits with your primary care provider.

A gentle note on medical care

We share general health education, not medical advice. For individual symptoms, medications, or diagnoses, always consult your physician.
